Year 3 - Branch 6 - Dialogue and Encounter

In Year 3, children explore sacred connections through Passover and Eucharist, discovering how Jewish Seder traditions illuminate Jesus' Last Supper. They'll handle matzah, hear Exodus read from the Haggadah, and connect these to Mass ("Do this in memory of me"). The unit also introduces Islam through its Five Pillars – whether studying Ramadan fasting, mosque architecture, or calligraphy – with a focus on lived faith experiences and cultural richness.
